Two larger shells up to 3 inches in size. For greater and appeal. As a crab grows and begins to protrude out of its existing shell. a new and larger shell becomes imperative. Empty shells of similar size to the crabs proper fitting shell will prevent any potential aggression of one crab toward another. Aggression is rare, however.

Great natural shells!!!

A jumbo hermit crab (baseball sized and larger) would most likely move into one of these shells!!! They are natural. Painted shells should not be bought because the paint can chip off of the shells and accidentally get eaten by the crabs. Natural shells are the way to go!!
