Crickets are naturally low in calcium and therefore a poor source of this important mineral. Feeding Directions:

Hi-Cal Cricket Monster Diet™ should be fed free choice as the total diet to crickets being offered as a food source for reptiles. Feed diet at least 2 hours prior to offering as a food source. Crickets must be provided with fresh water in small pans containing gravel to prevent drowning.
