They are available in small, medium and large sizes. The Ramps are designed to fit a wide range of aquatic terrarium situations and are easily adjusted for the depth of the water environment. All 3 ramps are constructed of a single piece of formed clear acrylic with suction cups to attach it to any smooth surface. Dimensions for the 3 sizes: The Small Ramp main platform measures 3.5 inches by 4 inches, the perch measures 2.5 inches long by 2 inches wide. The total length of the small Turtle Ramp including the access ramp is 8 inches. The depth of the water in the terrarium should be at least 2 inches. The Medium Ramp main platform measures 5 inches by 6.5 inches, the perch measures 3.5 inches long by 3 inches wide. The total length of the mediumTurtle Ramp including the access ramp is 11 inches. The depth of the water in the terrarium should be at least 3 inches. The Large Ramp main platform measures 7.5 inches by 11 inches, the perch measures 5.5 inches long by 5.5 inches wide. The total length of the largeTurtle Ramp including the access ramp is 19 inches. The depth of the water in the terrarium should be at least 3 inches. Suggested initial installation: Place the Ramp against the side wall of the aquarium with the main platform located approximately one inch above the water level. Make sure that the ramp extends down into the water. Push the suction cups tightly against the glass to ensure a firm, stable platform. Remove the ramp from the aquarium to wash. Use dishwashing soap and rinse thoroughly. Please note: in many cases the Ramp will allow the animals to be close to the top of the terrarium. You should make sure that the heat source is a safe distance away and that the animals cannot escape. The Turtle Ramps can also be used in dry terrariums and will provide many reptiles with a multi-level platform for basking and regulating their body temperature.
