Misleading photo

I was mislead by the photo. While the product description doesn't explicitly state that the cups and soil are included, it doesn't state they are not either. The photo clearly implies they are included. At this price I expected to have an incubator that would be ready to go out of the box (again, as the photo implies). That's a big price for essentially a heater, thermostat, and cheap styrofoam box.

Id like to comment on the service more than the product. Jim bent over backwards to accomadate me and he is a true gentleman. He will be my first choice should I need anything else in the future.
I purchased 3 reptibators and they are as advertised. The temp is very constant. In my trials I have experienced a variance of only .5F on my min/max thermometer.

This is a very simple and yet good incubator. My only concern is that the temperature is off by a few degrees (5-7 on mine). So I would put a temperature sensor at the egg site to insure proper temperature. But all in all you cant beat the price!!

this is a good and easy to use incubator. it is easy to setup. keeps the temp where i set it all the time.
