- Contains the highest amounts of both UVB and UVA wavelengths (according to an independent laboratory spectral analysis.) The UVB wavelength helps to prevent or reverse MetabolicBone Disease in green iguanas as well as other species of lizards in captivity. Strengthens and improves shell growth on all captive turtles and tortoises.
- UVA wavelength increases appetite, physical activity, helps to induce reproductive behaviors and is beneficial to the psychological well-being of captive reptiles and amphibians.

I use this product with all of the lizards I have, more than 6! They are all healthy and get the UVB they need to prosper.

This is in my opinion the best light for reptiles! It is a very popular light and works well for even more than a year,( well a few monthes more!)I have been using this light since my turtle was a baby, and now he is 3 inches long and growing. He has a healthy shell and he is a happy turtle due to this light!
