Kordon's Turtle Ramps provide simple, stable and easily cleaned platforms for aquatic turtles, salamanders and frogs to exit the water and bask as they would in their natural environment. They are available in small, medium and large sizes. The Ramps are designed to fit a wide range of aquatic terrarium situations and are easily adjusted for the depth of the water environment. All 3 ramps are constructed of a single piece of formed clear acrylic with suction cups to attach it to any smooth surface. Dimensions for the 3 sizes: The Small Ramp main platform measures 3.5 inches by 4 inches, the perch measures 2.5 inches long by 2 inches wide. The total length of the small Turtle Ramp including the access ramp is 8 inches. The depth of the water in the terrarium should be at least 2 inches. The Medium Ramp main platform measures 5 inches by 6.5 inches, the perch measures 3.5 inches long by 3 inches wide. The total length of the mediumTurtle Ramp including the access ramp is 11 inches. The depth of the water in the terrarium should be at least 3 inches. The Large Ramp main platform measures 7.5 inches by 11 inches, the perch measures 5.5 inches long by 5.5 inches wide. The total length of the largeTurtle Ramp including the access ramp is 19 inches. The depth of the water in the terrarium should be at least 3 inches. Suggested initial installation: Place the Ramp against the side wall of the aquarium with the main platform located approximately one inch above the water level. Make sure that the ramp extends down into the water. Push the suction cups tightly against the glass to ensure a firm, stable platform. Remove the ramp from the aquarium to wash. Use dishwashing soap and rinse thoroughly. Please note: in many cases the Ramp will allow the animals to be close to the top of the terrarium. You should make sure that the heat source is a safe distance away and that the animals cannot escape. The Turtle Ramps can also be used in dry terrariums and will provide many reptiles with a multi-level platform for basking and regulating their body temperature. This is THE ONLY basking platform that has actually worked for me....I have a 5 1/2 inch AND a 4 inch turtle and they can both actually bask on it and it will hold started sliding once but as long as you use an algae scrubber on the glass prior to attaching it works like a charm......this product is the best you can find.
Best ramp EVER!!!

This is the only ramp my very large red slider can get on and stay on while basking. You can easily put it at the height you want and there is no chance of it sinking such as would happen with the floating platforms. The only problem is that it isn't as visually pleasing as other ramps. It doesn't look like a natural setup, but it does the job. I wish they would make a more natural looking ramp. Other than that my turtle loves it.

Love this turtle ramp!!!!! My turtle is very big and can use this. He enjoys it and it's easy for him to get on. Much easier to get on then a floating rock and he was too big for the biggest floating rock I could find. My big boy can finally get completely out of the water to bask in the warm heating light. This is an excellant product!

I am getting ready to order my third ramp. My turtle loves hers but the only problem I have is the green part going up wears out after about a year. I guess her nails are sharp and she is really strong. She is nine years old. I wish there was a way to replace just that one part. She stays on it sometimes all day. The rest of it is like new.
large ramp works well!

I just put this ramp in my tank for my red-eared slider and it exceeded expectations! I was very skeptical at first, even after having read many positive rave reviews online about this product, because my turtle is large and heavy and I thought the suction cups on this ramp would not hold. I worried about him falling, and that it wouldn't be stable enough to support him. Wow, was I wrong! When I first stuck the ramp on, in fact, I wanted to move it a bit lower and had a heck of a time getting it to unstick from the side of the tank, that is how good the suction cups worked! I pressed down on it with my hand, and placed my turtle and a few books on it to test the weight and it held him easily, and he is a good 9 inches long! The only con is that it looks completely artificial, so some turtles may not like it. They are like "what is this wierd plastic thing?" and it doesn't have the natural feel of corkbark or whatever. I recommend this product.
